Who is NIT-NDT?

Nondestructive Industrial Technologies was founded in early 2023 and has its headquarters located in Noblesville, Indiana. Our team comprises experienced professionals with a combined total of 83 years in the industry. Each member brings a distinct set of skills, specializing in different areas. This diversity enables us to form a cohesive and dynamic unit that is committed to meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Jean-Claude, a former Level III for Safran in France, has conducted numerous training sessions on endoscopic inspections of airline engines, thereby contributing his extensive expertise to our team. Greg Monks brings a wealth of knowledge, with over 50 years of experience in the field, having previously served as a Division Sales Director, Salesperson, and Vendor for a wide range of manufacturers. Jason has spent the last five years leading a service department, servicing multiple systems within the NDT field. Nora Lemoal, with her master's degree in marketing, brings a unique skillset to our team, contributing her knowledge in the area of marketing strategy.

Our Team

Jason Monks - Operations Manager / Co-Founder

Jason is a Level II certified professional in magnetic particle and penetrant testing with over five years of experience in installations, calibrations, service, and sales. He has been involved in numerous projects across the globe, working with clients to provide Mag Particle, FPI, and Eddy Current systems, as well as Etching lines.

With his background in mechanical engineering, Jason has honed his expertise in conducting and managing installations worldwide, having overseen more than 20 successful projects during his tenure as CHiNDT's International After Sales Service Manager.

Jason's strong technical acumen, combined with his exceptional project management skills, has made him a valuable asset to our team. We are confident that his contributions will continue to drive our success in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.

Nora Lemoal - Marketing Manager / Co-Founder

Nora Lemoal is a highly accomplished Marketing Master Graduate from a prestigious Business School in Paris, France. She has garnered several years of valuable experience working in marketing departments and advertising agencies, specializing in strategy development.

Over the past two years, Nora has successfully launched and managed her own consulting firm, NDT Support, focusing on non-destructive testing and endoscopy. Her extensive background in communication and marketing strategies has uniquely positioned her to assist Nondestructive Industrial Technologies LLC in expanding its business in both Europe and the USA.

Nora's diverse educational background, coupled with her successful professional career, provides her with a unique perspective that she will undoubtedly bring to our organization. We are confident that her exceptional skills and expertise will significantly enhance our marketing strategies, contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.

Our Technical Specialists

Greg Monks - Level III and Technical Specialist

Greg graduated from Purdue University in 1978 with a BS Degree in Industrial Management. He started his career at Republic Steel in Chicago, where he held positions in the Finishing, Inspection and Shipping Department and in Production Control. In 1979, he joined Magnaflux Corporation as a Field Engineer – Area Manager, where he gained valuable experience until January 1987.

In January of 1987, Greg founded QC Technologies, Inc., where he remains as President today. Greg is also a founding partner of American Testing Services, Miamisburg, OH, from 2002-2004, and started QCT Africa Pty Ltd in Johannesburg, SA from 2015 to present.

Currently, as the Shanghai CHiNDT International Sales Manager, Greg is responsible for sales worldwide outside of China for the manufacturer of Custom MPI, FPI, Etching Systems and UV Inspection Lights. He has also been teaching MPI, LPI, and UT Training Classes.

Moreover, Greg has managed the NDT Program for CART (Championship Auto Racing Teams) from 1984 until 2007, demonstrating his extensive experience in the field. He is a NAS-410 Level III in MT, PT and UT, and has been an ASNT member for over 40 years. His service to ASNT has included being a Section Chairman in the Mid Indiana Section and Northern Indiana Section, a Regional Director, and the Chairman of the Regional Directors Division. Greg has also served on the ASNT Board of Directors and became an ASNT Fellow in 1994.

Jean-Claude Lemoal - Level III and Technical Specialist

Jean-Claude is a highly accomplished endoscopy expert, having gained 25 years of invaluable experience at SAFRAN. He was also a distinguished trainer at SAFRAN, specializing in Classical Endoscopy for over 15 years. Jean-Claude has conducted numerous courses, both theoretical and practical, covering critical aspects such as endoscopic manipulation using videoendoscopes with measuring means and fiberscope endoscopes.

Jean-Claude has extensive experience working on various engines, including GE90, CFM56, LEAP, Sylvercrest, M88, CF680, for a wide range of airlines, such as Emirates, AirFrance, GE Wales, Safran Services, SIAEC Singapore SSAMC Chengdhu, Sames Queretaro, and Tap Lisbon. During his tenure, he authored various endoscopic manuals, such as CFM56, GE90, and M88.

Jean-Claude's innovative contributions include inventing the endoscopic penetrant testing system in both rigid and flexible versions, which has been implemented by several companies for in-situ repairs on LEAP, CFM56, CF680, and GE90. He also produced specifications for multiple applications, including inspections of non-accessible areas by penetrant testing or conventional magnetic particle testing.

Jean-Claude has vast experience in penetrant inspections by endoscopy in numerous companies from 2000 to 2020, following repairs of BP turbine blades or COMP HP and BP blades. He has also conducted technological monitoring during various exhibitions and collaborated with companies to work on automatic UV reading, video recording, and operator assistance, as well as artificial intelligence (CGIEMME, EFER).

Furthermore, Jean-Claude participated in a COFREND endoscopy group from 2015 to 2020. His remarkable accomplishments and extensive knowledge make him an invaluable asset to any organization in the field of endoscopy.
